Role Title: Project Analyst
Salary: £32,500
Location – Hybrid / Bedfordshire
Role Summary:
The Project Analyst will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting the delivery of multiple complex technology projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and in alignment with broader business objectives. This position sits at the heart of project delivery and requires a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual who can bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders.
Working closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders, the Project Analyst will apply strong analytical capabilities to interpret project data, identify emerging trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive decision-making and optimise project performance.
The successful candidate will contribute to project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes. They will monitor progress against key milestones and KPIs, maintain accurate project documentation, and produce high-quality reports and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in the coordination and tracking of multiple concurrent technology projects from initiation through to delivery.
•Analyse project performance data, identify trends or issues, and provide recommendations for corrective action.
•Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.
•Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
•Work with cross-functional teams to remove delivery blockers and ensure smooth execution.
•Prepare and present clear, concise reports, dashboards, and updates for stakeholders at various levels.
•Maintain project documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily accessible.
•Facilitate project meetings and workshops, capturing minutes and tracking follow-up actions.
•Ensure project governance processes are followed and support project audits or reviews.
•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project delivery.
Skills & Experience Required:
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and visualise complex data.
•Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
•Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
•Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
•Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
•Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or with equivalent practical experience.
