Technical Representative

Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically astute Technical Representative to oversee and coordinate remote software development teams. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge
between clients and technical teams, ensuring that project requirements are accurately understood, communicated, and executed. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality deliverables, enhancing team efficiency, and ensuring projects are delivered to an excellent standard. This role requires a solid understanding of software development processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire remote technical teams toward delivering value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Oversight: Manage and monitor the daily activities of remote development teams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, translating their requirements into clear, actionable briefs for the technical team.
• Technical Communication: Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring mutual understanding and clear communication.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet internal and client expectations for quality, functionality, and user experience.
• Progress Reporting: Track project milestones, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and proactively manage any risks or delays.
• Team Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication across time zones, encourage collaboration, and resolve any issues that impact productivity or delivery.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in team processes and recommend/implement improvements to boost delivery standards.
• Documentation: Oversee or contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, specifications, and reports.
Key Requirements
Essential
• Proven experience in a technical project coordination, delivery, or support role (2+ years preferred).
• Solid understanding of software development processes, tools, and technologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, SDLC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and developers.
• Experience managing or working with remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Desirable
• Background in software development, systems engineering, or IT.
• Experience with QA processes and user acceptance testing.
• Technical certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum Master, PMP).
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and their role in software projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a startup or fast-paced environment.
